Import Duties and Taxes
If you are outside the EU, your country's customs might charge an import fee. A quick web search will probably help you find out if this is applicable in your country. To get an estimate, we recommend www.dutycalculator.com, or contacting your customs office directly.
United States: There are no import fees payable for all purchases under $800 (~£550). If you're looking to place an order for over £550+, do get in touch with us.
If you for any reason are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please notify us per email before sending back your products.
Provided the goods returned have not been used and are in perfect condition, complete with original packaging, we will refund you the full product amount. If you are in Europe, we will also refund the full shipping cost (i.e. the total order amount). Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping or return cost outside of Europe (EU + Switzerland and Norway).
If you would like to exchange your item for another, we will refund (or charge) the price difference and ship the new item for free. If there's is something wrong with your product, it is important that you notify us as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days, after receipt.
Personalised items: Please note that we're unable to accept returns, and process refunds, for personalised items.
